*Landlord maintenance contract - For £50.00 we
will visit your property and make sure your sinks, bath and shower drain
properly, we will clean out the "P" trap and then put a drain cleaner in these once a year to help prevent
blockages and hefty bills. Limited to 3 units. (add £10.00 for additional units)

We will visit and talk to find out exactly what you need, then give you a fully itemised estimate within 2-3 working days, if more work is needed than expected, you will be told in advance and advised of any extra costs.
